Q: What is your service area?
A: We currently service Northeastern Pennsylvania, Allentown, Philadelphia and all points between.
Q: How quickly will my virtual tour be online?
A: Virtual Tours are processed within 24 hours of being photographed. There may be a delay if your tour is shot over a weekend.
Q: How quickly will my virtual tour be photographed?
A: We strive to get out to your property as quickly as possible. We can be at your property within 48 hours.
Q: Do you have lackbox access?
A: Yes we have lockbox access and you do not need to be present when we shoot your tour. We only ask that the agent or the owner be present if the property has pets or if not on a lockbox.
Q: Are Zen360Tours MLS compliant?
A: Yes. We offer two viewing formats for each virtual tour- branded and unbranded..
Q: When will my virtual tours expire?
A: Your virtual tours will each expire after a 12 months period of time. Each virtual tour can be renewed on an annual basis.
Q: How many scenes can be included in each tour?
A: 6 scenes in any combination of full 360° and 10 still images. If you have renderings instead of photos, we can add them as well or in addition to actual photos. We do offer additional scenes at a rate of $10/scene.
Can I choose the skin and text colors of my tour window?
A: Yes. You can choose any color you wish for the skin and text colors of your tour windows. We can even match the tour window color to that of your web page or logo.
Q: If I change my company or contact information, does my tour have to be recreated?
No. If you change your contact information, you simply need to let us know and we will update the changes in your online profile. There is a $20.00 charge for each update.
